Here’s How You’ll Make an Impact:

  • HR Operations
    Oversee and manage day-to-day HR operational tasks, ensuring effective and seamless execution of HR processes across the organization
  • Pre-Onboarding Flow
    Coordinate the pre-onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all documentation, information, and initial steps are completed efficiently before their start date
  • Onboarding Support
    Assist in the onboarding process and ensuring all required paperwork and systems access are provided
  • Payroll Information Collection
    Collect and maintain accurate records for payroll preparation, including tracking employee absences (vacation, sick leave), changes in salary, promotions, and maternity/paternity leave
  • Benefits Administration
    Oversee employee benefits programs, ensuring eligibility, updates, tracking
  • Team Building & Employee Engagement
    Organize and coordinate team-building activities, especially for the Ukrainian office, to promote a positive and cohesive work environment
  • Employee Records Maintenance
    Maintain and update accurate employee records in the HR system
  • HR Process Optimization
    Continuously assess HR operational processes, identifying opportunities for improvement to increase efficiency and support a positive employee experience
  • Reporting
    Preparing operational reports according to business needs and HR department tasks
  • Supporting HR Projects
    Assist with ad-hoc HR projects (employee satisfaction surveys, HR audits, policy updates), providing operational support as required

What Makes You A Strong Candidate:

  • At least 1 year experience in HR-related role
  • Experience working with HR systems
  • Experience with Google Sheets, basic experience working with data
  • Experience working with task-management systems (Jira, Monday)
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
  • High sense of responsibility and result orientation
  • Knowledge of English at the Upper-Intermediate level
  • Desire to improve and propose initiatives
