Job Summary:

micro1.ai is seeking a dynamic People Experience Manager to lead initiatives that elevate employee engagement and fortify our company culture. This role is pivotal in planning both virtual and in-person events, while also nurturing a vibrant remote-first environment. The ideal candidate will be a strategic planner with a knack for detail and a passion for fostering community among employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning and execution of both regional and virtual team meetups, ensuring alignment with company culture.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create events that are meaningful and cost-effective, managing all logistical aspects.
  • Work with Marketing to craft engaging employer branding content for platforms like LinkedIn and Glassdoor.
  • Develop programs that enhance remote employee engagement and professional development.
  • Implement virtual initiatives that promote peer connection and knowledge sharing.
  • Coordinate international travel when necessary for event oversight and management.
  • Collect and analyze feedback to continuously improve event experiences.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven expertise in managing successful in-person and virtual events.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the power to engage and inspire.
  • Experience in employer branding and content creation in partnership with marketing.
