We are seeking an Outreach Team Manager to join our team. As a key player, you will lead and manage our outreach efforts to build and maintain high-quality relationships with top-tier publications and influencers, ensuring our link-building, digital PR and off-page SEO strategies contribute to our SEO success.


🚀 What you’ll do:

  • Lead and manage the outreach team, fostering a high-performance culture
  • Lead and develop outreach and link-building strategies
  • Create and manage outreach campaigns from start to finish
  • Develop and maintain contacts and partnerships within leading, high-quality, relevant publications
  • Ideate, support, and promote linkable asset campaigns
  • Scale outreach output and wow with email sequences that grab attention and secure brand mentions and links
  • Analyze, interpret, and present results to various stakeholders, including C-suite executives
  • Conduct regular 1:1s, catch-ups, and update calls to keep the team happy and on track
  • Support the professional development of team members, championing their achievements and progression

🔥 Do you have what it takes?

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in Outreach roles (in-house experience a plus)
  • Ideally, some team management experience under your belt already. Even if it’s a team of one!
  • Diverse campaign experience and strong people management skills
  • Strong understanding of how digital PR, product mentions, and link-building contribute to SEO success
  • Comfortable analyzing, interpreting, and presenting results to various stakeholders
  • Fluent user of Respona, Ahrefs, Google Sheets, Slack, or similar tools
  • Excellent collaborator, communicator, and team player
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced environment
  • Growth/solution-based mindset, with an eagerness to learn and improve.

Big Brownie Points if you have:

  • Have experience in the creator economy, online video, or similar industry, demonstrating an understanding of its dynamics, opportunities, and culture
  • Have demonstrable, successful experience with Digital PR campaigns
