Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Mobile Engineer proficient in mobile (Android and iOS) development with web experience as a plus.

The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience building products for both web and mobile platforms, with a strong portfolio to demonstrate their work. Please include a link to your portfolio, showcasing your projects on mobile platforms, as well as your GitHub profile and any other relevant links.

You will be responsible for enhancing and releasing our SDKs, creating delightful animations and interactions, and collaborating closely with the frontend lead to improve our web experiences. While fintech experience is not required, it is a nice-to-have.

Qualifications

Experience:

• 3+ years of professional experience building for both web and mobile platforms.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your experience in developing web and mobile applications.
• Proven experience in building and deploying mobile SDKs.

Technical Skills:

• Experience with native mobile development for Android (Java/Kotlin) and iOS (Swift/Objective-C).
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and related web technologies.
• Strong experience with React.js and React Native.
• Ability to create complex animations and interactions on both web and mobile platforms.
• Understanding of RESTful APIs and backend integration.

Soft Skills:

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have:

• Previous experience in fintech or a related industry.
• Familiarity with modern CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Experience in Web Frontend Development

Responsibilities

Mobile Experience Development:

• Lead the development of mobile experiences for new experimentations at Mono.
• Build and deploy mobile applications (both Native and React Native) that deliver a seamless user experience.
• Native mobile application development using Java/Kotlin and Swift/Obj-C
• Implement smooth animations and interactions to create a delightful user experience on both Android and iOS platforms.

SDK Development & Improvement:

• Enhance and release SDKs for our suite of solutions.
• Ensure SDKs are robust, scalable, and user-friendly across multiple platforms (Android, iOS, Web).
• Maintain and update SDK documentation.

Web Experience Enhancement:

• Work closely with the frontend lead to improve and optimize our web applications.
• Develop and implement responsive web designs with engaging animations and interactions.
• Ensure high performance and responsiveness of web applications.
