Valory creates open-source software for co-owned AI, enabling joint operation and control of AI software for novel use cases in crypto, science, and enterprise. We co-founded Olas DAO and have created the first services using it and the Olas Stack.
We have also built a hosted platform for removing DevOps hassle from running said services: Propel.


Valory is the VC-backed team of engineers, researchers and commercial executors that raised a successful Seed round and executed a successful public token launch for the Olas DAO. 

The Role

You are an experienced marketer with 3+ years of experience, able to distill complex technology into simple narratives and work in line with our values. You are hungry to polish and scale marketing for an innovative startup pioneering AI agents in crypto which is growing significantly after co-creating Olas. 

Main Duties

  • Implement marketing strategies and campaigns with consistent messaging aligned with Valory’s vision and business goals.
  • Distill complex AI and crypto concepts into clear, engaging narratives for different target audiences, increasing the adoption of our products.
  • Analyze campaign performance and data to measure success and optimize strategies.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to identify new marketing opportunities.
  • Help shape tools that Valory develops for the Olas DAO to aid community marketing.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, product, business development) to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment across multi-channel campaigns (including Twitter, Discord, YouTube, in-person events and external media).
  • Manage relationships with key partners, influencers, and media outlets.


  • 3+ years of experience in B2B or B2C marketing, preferably in crypto.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing impactful marketing campaigns.
  • Good understanding of the cryptocurrency market and its unique marketing challenges.
  • Enjoy working in line with our values
  • Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to various audiences.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to marketing.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Bonus: Experience with Web3-native marketing, e.g. NFT-based strategies
  • Strong preference for time zone between UTC -2 to UTC +6.
