Job Description

We are members of the People Department along with the Talent Acquisition and People Operations teams. We do not see ourselves as a typical HR team though, in fact some of us do not even come from HR backgrounds, but ended up here because People is one of the corporate areas with more potential for improvement, and because it is the MOST important of all in relation to the success of a company. As you will be focused on designing experiences for our internal staff, the People Experience team will be your home at Sand.

We see ourselves as a insider “consulting firm” that happens to focus on designing, implementing and maintaining initiatives and projects that target different phases of the end-to-end staff journey in order to maximize a culture of productivity and growth for our team members.

We believe that we are all the same people and keep our human nature inside and outside of our work, therefore base our work in Maslow’s hierarchy of needs and we structure everything we do around fulfilling our staff’s needs of safety, belonging, esteem and growth, as well as, their physiological needs.

Join us if you believe in scaling a company that moves forward through the partnerships it generates with its staff. A company where work is a relationship more than a transaction, and an asset more than a liability. An asset that adds value and meaning to our people’s lives, while propelling SAND, and our society, forward.

ABOUT THE ROLE

  • Outstanding project management skills and can drive flawless processes with attention to detail, while constantly looking for opportunities for optimization and improvement and managing several projects simultaneously.
  • Strong passion to succeed, comfortable under pressure, and with a big desire to have fun in the process.

We would also like to remind you that this is a remote job, which means that you can work from anywhere in the world. However, we have a preference for a GMT to GMT +4 time zone.
