  • Oversee people management responsibilities, including talent development, performance evaluation, and team growth.
We need your professional experience:
  • At least 1 year of experience leading an Analyst team;
  • At least 5 years of analytical expertise;
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL, BI tools (Tableau is preferred);
  • Track record of delivering impactful analytical solutions across departments;
  • Experience building and scaling analytical processes and team capabilities;
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including work with top management;
  • Strong ownership and accountability mindset;
  • Solid understanding of data infrastructure, ETL, and business metrics;
  • At least an Upper-Intermediate English level.
