We’re looking for a finance intern to join our operations team for fall & winter 2023. In the internship, you’ll work directly with our Director of People and General Counsel and be responsible for accounts payable, expense management, and financial reporting.

What you’ll do:

• • Collaborate with department heads to ensure payments are within budget and all vendor information is on file
  • Own the accounts payable cycle
  • Oversee T&E expense management for employee Brex credit cards
  • Administer payment of fringe benefits (i.e. wellness reimbursement & lunch stipend)
  • Assist in monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc financial reporting
  • Manage additional office duties as assigned (including but not limited to office supplies, snack and lunch ordering)

Who you are:

• • A third year undergraduate student majoring in economics, finance, accounting, or a related field
  • You have demonstrated finance or accounting internship experience
  • Self-starter who is able to drive results with minimal supervision
  • Organized and able to meet multiple deadlines
  • A team player who believes no job is too small

This internship pays an hourly rate of $25.00and is not benefits eligible.
