  • Maintain and update personnel and contractor documentation;
  • Create, prepare, and send contracts and agreements to contractors for signature;
  • Monitor the signing process and follow up on unsigned documents;
  • Ensure signed contracts are properly collected and stored;
  • Keep documentation organized and up to date;
  • Assist with other documentation-related and operational tasks.
We need your professional experience:
  • Previous experience in administrative, HR, or document-related roles is a plus;
  • Confidence in working with documents and routine tasks;
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel);
  • Ability to work carefully with details and deadlines;
  • Intermediate oral and written communication skills in English;
  • Experience working with 1C (or similar accounting/HR systems) will be a plus.
