Chainlink Labs is excited to welcome a motivated and creative Employer Brand Intern to our vibrant team. As an intern specializing in Employer Branding, you will have the unique opportunity to contribute to the development and enhancement of our employer brand, playing a crucial role in attracting exceptional talent to Chainlink Labs. Under the guidance of the Talent Operations Manager, you’ll collaborate closely with diverse stakeholders to formulate and execute effective strategies that amplify our employer brand. This role offers an invaluable chance to make a meaningful impact on our growing organization and our pursuit of top-tier talent.
- Strategic Brand Development:
- Work alongside the Talent Operations Manager and other key contributors to define an employer branding strategy that resonates with Chainlink Labs’ overarching mission and values
- Conduct research and analysis to gain insights into industry trends, competitor tactics, and optimal practices in employer branding
- Engage in the creation and implementation of inventive campaigns, initiatives, and projects to fortify Chainlink Labs’ presence as an employer of choice across various platforms
- Crafting Brand Messaging:
- Develop compelling and authentic messaging that effectively captures Chainlink Labs’ culture, values, and Employee Value Proposition (EVP)
- Craft captivating and persuasive content for diverse mediums, including the company website, social media, blogs, and job descriptions
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Marketing and Communications to ensure seamless brand messaging and storytelling across different touch points
- Attracting Talent:
- Innovate strategies to attract outstanding talent to Chainlink Labs, utilizing the strength of our employer brand
- Team up with the Talent Acquisition and Marketing departments to align job listings and careers pages with our employer brand and EVP
- Brand Monitoring and Analysis:
- Observe and evaluate online and offline channels to gauge perceptions of Chainlink Labs’ employer brand, identifying prospects for enhancement
- Monitor essential metrics and analyze data to assess the impact of employer branding initiatives, offering insights and suggestions for continuous enhancement
- Brand Ambassadorship:
- Champion the employer brand both internally and externally, ensuring consistent representation of our brand and values.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to cultivate a positive employee experience and nurture a robust employer brand culture.
- Enrolled in a Bachelor’s program with a focus on Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field. Progress towards an advanced degree is advantageous
- Demonstrated interest or experience in employer branding, talent attraction, or similar domains
- Solid grasp of branding principles, market trends, and effective practices in the realm of employer branding
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, enabling you to create compelling and genuine messaging
- A creative outlook, with the ability to be innovative and develop fresh strategies
- Data-driven mindset with experience in interpreting metrics to derive insights
- Proficiency in cross-functional collaboration and managing multiple tasks concurrently
- Strong organizational and project management aptitude
- Familiarity with the technology sector or blockchain industry is a plus
