Tasks
What you do with us
You’ll develop new ways to reach the right customers at the right time with the right message—no clichés, no copy-paste templates, but a truly personalized approach. You’ll leverage tools, data, automation, and your flair for language. You’ll bring together sales, tech, and marketing to win exciting customers for us.
Your mission
- Design, test and scale smart lead strategies – also with external specialists
- Identify suitable companies – and know where and how to approach them
- Outreach campaigns via modern channels: individual, creative, efficient
- First contact with impact: you convince with presence, clarity & empathy
- Qualify, structure or develop leads with our expert teams
- Acquire new customers and create the beginning of new success stories at hurra.com
- Building bridges: you don’t think in silos, but bring sales, tech & marketing together
- Understand, analyze, and improve KPIs – so that good becomes really strong
Qualification
What you bring with you
- Sales? Yes! But not traditional, but data-driven, digital, and smart
- You have B2B experience – ideally with an agency, SaaS or MarTech background
- You speak marketing . And you understand services like SEA, SEO, web analytics & tracking – or want to learn them.
- You think in personas, journeys & KPIs – not in chance and gut feeling
- You can pursue many topics in parallel without quality suffering
- You don’t think in silos, but bring sales, tech & marketing together
- You understand, analyze, and improve relevant KPIs – so that good becomes really strong
- You write and speak in a way that keeps people engaged – precise, authentic, convincing
- You take responsibility – and really get ideas on the road
- You work at the highest quality level – you radiate digital excellence at all times
- German language skills at C1 level
