HiCareer seeks experienced CRM & E-commerce Consultants to lead and support client projects involving Klaviyo flows, segmentation, automations, and Shopify improvements. Responsibilities include designing email/SMS flows, planning targeted campaigns, setting up segmentation logic, supporting e-commerce growth through Shopify enhancements, and providing strategic guidance. Candidates must possess 3+ years of experience in CRM and/or E-commerce within a D2C setting, proficiency with Klaviyo, Shopify, and analytics tools, and a strong understanding of customer journeys and automation strategies. Freelance availability ranges from 20–100% depending on project needs.

HiCareer is looking for CRM & E-commerce Consultants to lead and support projects involving Klaviyo flows, segmentation, automations, and Shopify improvements. We have several client assignments ready to start, and we’re looking for experts who’s both strategic and hands-on.

✅ Responsibilities

• Design and optimize email/SMS flows and automations in Klaviyo 
• Plan and execute targeted campaigns to improve retention, AOV, and customer LTV
• Set up segmentation logic, testing frameworks, and personalized experiences 
• Support E-commerce growth through Shopify improvements (plug-ins, funnel tweaks, CRO) 
• Provide strategic guidance and hands-on execution depending on the client’s needs 
• Collaborate with founders, marketers, and in-house teams to deliver measurable results

🔍 What We’re Looking For

• Min 3+ years of experience in CRM and/or E-commerce within a D2C setting 
• Proficient with Klaviyo, Shopify, and relevant analytics tools
• Strong grasp of customer journeys, lifecycle marketing, and automation strategies 
• Comfortable leading CRM projects from concept to execution 
• Freelance availability ranging from 20–100%, depending on project needs

💡 Nice to Have

• Experience with A/B testing tools, loyalty programs, and CRO methods 
• Prior consulting experience or working directly with founders 
• Familiarity with integrations, Shopify plug-ins, and E-com app ecosystems
