We’re looking for a proactive Content Management Assistant to join our Marketing – Content Management team in Europe. Key Responsibilities:
- 📅 Administrative Support: Provide administrative support by scheduling meetings, organizing files, managing communication channels, and tracking task updates.
- 📝 Content Requests: Prepare detailed content requests for marketing leaders and specialists, outlining the creative requirements needed.
- 📋 Meeting Notes: Take and document notes during meetings proposed by the Content Manager.
- 🔄 Temporary Management: Assume the organizational responsibilities of the Content Manager during their sick leaves and vacations.
- 📈 Performance Tracking: Check and record daily reports, and track performance data for departmental activities.
- ⏳ Timely Delivery: Ensure that materials requested by content creators and specialists are delivered on time.
- 🔍 Task Audits: Conduct regular task audits to ensure accuracy, relevance, and consistency across the task management space.
- 📅 Editorial Calendars: Assist in managing editorial calendars and scheduling content publication based on strategic priorities and audience engagement.

Qualifications:
- 🎓 Relevant Degree: Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, or Communication.
- 📅 Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in project management or working as an assistant.
- 🗣️ Language Proficiency: Near-native or native proficiency in English.
- 🎲 iGaming Experience: Previous experience in the iGaming industry is a plus.
