Clamp is a fast growing crypto startup building digital asset indexes for crypto newbies to help them onboard in less than thirty seconds. We are backed by the German VC fund BFG and won the best innovation bounty at ETHGlobal Tokyo in April 2023.

We are looking for a Community Manager Africa to join our team in our mission to simplify crypto and bring the next billion users. In this role you will be exposed to various aspects of community building, community management, organising online events, webinars, meetups, designing our social media campaigns and executing growth marketing ideas.

Responsibilities:

1. Carrying out market research and designing a customer lifecycle marketing strategy.
2. Building brand awareness by engaging with Clamp’s online community.
3. Curating a strategy to increase engagement across Africa and build referral networks.
4. Designing social media campaigns and ideas.
5. Reaching out to influencers to partner with and spread the word about Clamp.
6. Developing a growth strategy for both organic and inorganic marketing.

You are an ideal candidate if:

1. You are currently pursuing your bachelor’s or master’s in marketing or similar domain
2. You have strong analytical skills.
3. You have a strong will to work for a crypto startup.
4. You have prior work experience in either a similar role or the crypto industry.
