Job Description

  • Lead and scale the BDR team, owning pipeline generation aligned with revenue and MRR targets.
  • Design and execute outbound strategy, including ICP targeting, segmentation, messaging, and multi-channel cadences.
  • Consistently drive qualified meeting generation and high-quality pipeline creation.
  • Coach and develop BDRs through structured 1:1s, call reviews, and performance management against clear KPIs (meetings booked, pipeline created, conversion rates, ICP quality).
  • Ensure strong handoffs to Account Executives and tight alignment with Sales and Marketing to maximize funnel conversion.
  • Build and reinforce a high-performance culture focused on accountability, consistency, and measurable outcomes.

What we’re looking for

  • 3+ years of experience leading BDR teams or managing outbound sales in B2B SaaS environments.
  • Proven track record building and scaling outbound teams that consistently generate qualified pipeline.
  • Strong understanding of ICP definition, account research, segmentation, and multi-channel outbound strategies (LinkedIn, email, calls).
  • Data-driven mindset with experience managing KPIs such as meetings booked, pipeline generated, conversion rates, and overall funnel health.
  • Experience coaching reps through call reviews, objection handling, and consultative selling frameworks.
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish.
  • High ownership mentality, structured thinking, and strong execution focus.
