Job Description
- Lead and scale the BDR team, owning pipeline generation aligned with revenue and MRR targets.
- Design and execute outbound strategy, including ICP targeting, segmentation, messaging, and multi-channel cadences.
- Consistently drive qualified meeting generation and high-quality pipeline creation.
- Coach and develop BDRs through structured 1:1s, call reviews, and performance management against clear KPIs (meetings booked, pipeline created, conversion rates, ICP quality).
- Ensure strong handoffs to Account Executives and tight alignment with Sales and Marketing to maximize funnel conversion.
- Build and reinforce a high-performance culture focused on accountability, consistency, and measurable outcomes.
What we’re looking for
- 3+ years of experience leading BDR teams or managing outbound sales in B2B SaaS environments.
- Proven track record building and scaling outbound teams that consistently generate qualified pipeline.
- Strong understanding of ICP definition, account research, segmentation, and multi-channel outbound strategies (LinkedIn, email, calls).
- Data-driven mindset with experience managing KPIs such as meetings booked, pipeline generated, conversion rates, and overall funnel health.
- Experience coaching reps through call reviews, objection handling, and consultative selling frameworks.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish.
- High ownership mentality, structured thinking, and strong execution focus.
