Bits of your job:

  • Support Chief Revenue Officer (CRO):
    • Manage calendar (schedule calls, appointments and travel).
    • Prepare meeting agendas, reports and presentations.
    • Screen and prioritize phone calls, emails and other correspondence.
  • Support Advertising team:
    • Schedule team meetings.
    • Gather and analyze advertising campaign data, then prepare reports for CRO and stakeholders.
    • Create compelling presentations for strategy sessions and marketing initiatives.
    • Document and maintain coherent marketing team processes and workflows.
    • Facilitate effective team communication, collaboration, and on-schedule task delivery.
    • And other tasks.

Job requirements

Key expectations:

  • Higher education in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1+ year of experience in an administrative or marketing assistant position.
  • Strong skills in presentation, data analysis and visualization tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Data Looker, etc.).
  • Ability to remain detail oriented while effectively working with multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in dynamic, fast-paced and collaborative environment. 

Salary: 800-1200 €/mon. NET
