Job Description

Our small revenue team has delivered strong month-over-month growth. Now we’re looking for our first Account Manager to support and expand our self-serve customer base. This is a foundational role focused on helping hundreds of fast-moving teams get more value out of Superwall. You’ll succeed in this role by turning great initial usage into long-term growth.

About Superwall
Superwall gives mobile teams full control over their monetization. Since launching in 2021, we’ve built the best paywall builder in the industry. Our platform also includes web2app and app2web funnels, subscription management, surveys, and refund protection. We work with apps and publishers of all sizes to increase revenue without relying on engineering.

You’ll be the go-to partner for self-serve customers. You’ll understand their goals, unblock their adoption, and help them grow their businesses through better monetization strategies.

What you’ll do
• Manage and grow a portfolio of self-serve accounts
• Help customers onboard successfully and get to value quickly
• Proactively reach out based on usage signals to prevent churn and drive expansion
• Identify patterns across accounts to improve onboarding, activation, and support
• Collaborate with product, growth, and support to improve the customer journey
• Help define the account management motion for self-serve at Superwall

You’re a fit if you
• Have 2–4 years of experience in customer success, growth, or account management at a usage based SaaS company
• Are comfortable managing a large volume of accounts with a light-touch, high-impact approach
• Are analytical and enjoy identifying trends in usage data
• Communicate clearly and can distill technical details into actionable advice
• Bonus if you’ve worked with mobile apps, subscription models, or product-led growth
